We want you to love YourTrimPal, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help!

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@yourtrimpal.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Return Fee: Please note that returns are subject to a €30 return fee, which covers the cost of processing and shipping the returned item.
• Return Eligibility: The item must be unused and in its original packaging for a successful return.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

Once we receive the returned item and it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund, minus the return fee.
